My husband has told me that he wants a divorce 4 days ago. I am now on day 3 of this dare. He was the one that bought the book and got to day 5 before he stopped. I then started a year later and did not make it all the way through. For the first 12 years of our marriage if we had a disagreement , he would become verbally abusive. He has in the past couple of years really improved this. Now , I am the one that if something is said- I get mad easily. He has tried but has given up. I realize now how far away from God I had become. He sees this as just a last ditch effort that won't last. I am praying for a miracle and believing for this miracle. I do not believe it is God's will for us to seperate. We have two school age children and this would be very difficult for them. Today I need to take home a gift. I am praying for God's strength since when he speaks to me now it is in a very short tone. He has demonstrated that he does not want to talk to me at all, He got very upset with me on day 1 when I told him that I did not want to seperate and asked for 40 days. Since that night it is very angry with me. I need to remember daily that this if to show my love for God.
