I'm really struggling today. Feel like I'm holding onto the wind. As much as I let it go, my heart holds on. These dares keep my hope alive...a hope in someone/something that sees no worth in me. And yes, I know my focus is wrong as soon as the words are typed...but it hurts beyond words. My life is out of my hands and it is the WORST feeling in the world right now. If anyone has encouragement...I would gladly take it. Thanks.
The only thing that is wrong is how you view yourself.
You need to find your true Identify in Christ and i promise its nothing what you say about yourself. You are breaking yourself down with all this negative and condemning self talk. How is it that your focus is wrong when you acknowledge that you are hurt and in pain. Give me one exaple in the Bible wher someone walked around with a big smile on there face when their life was falling apart then I will help you to condemn yourself for being human.
If their was one man that cried, moaned and complain in the bible more than anything it was King David, He was the perfect picture of depression and yet the bible say he was a man after God's own heart. Why, because David was not ashamed to be real with God about what he felt and thought, but no matter how he felt about himself, He know that God sees him differently.
In our weakness Gods strength is made perfect and trying to be super human, is denying God the chance to be God in your situation. How you feel has nothing to do with your focus. It simply means you are in pain. If a truch run over you today and you are screaming in pain, is it because you are injured or because your focus is wrong.
Your strength will come from trading in your weakness for Christ strength not for forcing yourself to be strong. It is not by being perfect, but by knowing you serve a perfect God. God is not moved by our works but by our faith in knowing He is able when we are not. We cannot earn His love, favour or mercy by the works we do, But by knowing Christ already paid the price in full on the cross of calvary.
This is why we are called to step into the presence of God with boldness and make our requests know in thanks givingknowing what we ask in the name of Jesus Christ we shall recieve according to His will and it IS His will for our marriages to be restored.
You are worthy by the blood of Christ, your are a child of God when you make Christ Lord over your life so please stop trying to earn it, it has already been paid for.
Whe we see we lack in faith, pray, repent and move on. dont stay there and beat yourself up. ask for strength and continue the fight.

That is because life being out of your hands right now are still in the wrong hands. You need them to be in Christs hands, not your husbands.
Remember this dare is a journey between you and Christ... You must love Christ first. Have and build that relationship with Him first.
You have already lost control of everything. And that was doing it your way. Now, allow Christ to put it all back together.
