It would be easy  for him to tell everyone of my transgressions.  Especially since there are rumors all over town that he cheated on me with the girl that I found the messages from.  He promises me that nothing happened between them other than the messages so I have to believe him.  He has nothing to lose at this point, especially since I was honest with him and told him about me and the OM.

I told him that I would tell that I was the reason for our issues.   That I would tell of my infidelities.  He continues to tell me not to do that, that this is between him and me and it's nobody elses business.  I think that is very Godly of him!!  He doesn't have to protect me like that, but he is.  I sent him a text to tell him thank you for not telling and that although he told me that he has fallen away from God, it is a very Christian thing for him to not tell of my wrong doings.
