Love is Thoughtful R4

Love is Thoughtful…..I’ve been trying to think of how to expound on Thoughtfulness, it is an extension of yesterday’s dare, like patience and kindness, selflessness and thoughtfulness correlate. Patience is silent like selflessness and can be hidden behind the face, but kindness and thoughtfulness are the motive in the actions behind what we do, and when someone starts loving or stops, we know that something has changed.

For a long time the Israelites waited and longed for God to bring about his promised peace freedom and salvation, they heard stories they sang songs and read poems and retold the history of their people in anticipation of his coming. When he did come he had thought out all the details, as the Word tells us, before the foundations of the world. Everything laid perfectly in place for his coming. They didn’t realize that it meant that the whole world would be covered in his sin atoning blood till after he ascended and gave them, the new believers, the Holy Spirit. What a fitting end, they praised God all the more because he had done so great a thing.

1 John 2:2…”He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.”

This means that all sin IS taken care of past, present, and future. If you believe, and accept the free gift of God in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:1, 2…..”There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.”

I am grateful to God for his salvation that shows forth his love to the world in both for this life and for eternity. If we seek his face and obey his words he will bless us.

  • The word does tell us they were fully prepared for  when the time did come. They put in the effort to be able to accept the greatest reward.

God is amazing. Nothing more can be said than that.
