I was listening intently to Christ’s direction all day – do I call my husband? If so, when and for what success? I never got the instruction to call. I am definitely missing him, but understanding that I need to continue to have patience. I actually felt a lot more at peace today than I have the last couple. Praying for it to remain as my husband is returning to work on Friday (with OW) and he starts on graves.
Who was I kidding when I thought this round was going to be easier? Myself! I thought since we were now in communication that I would have a bit of an easier time completing the dares…not so much. I can hear the lashing now – you are NOT supposed to have any expectations. Got it!
A good friend reminded me – keep your faith in Christ not in your spouse. He will never disappoint.
Growth in Christ has many things. Look back and see where the best growth has come from.... Reading the Bible, Worship, fellowship etc... And continue the ones that were most successful. And the ones that were not so much, start to find what was lacking for you and grow to new levels.
