so today I begin this journey. if this doesn't help I will have run out of ideas so I am praying and hopimg that Christ will help me save my marriage. wish me luck

  • The good news is you don't have to save your marriage.  When you do the dares, you are leaving it all in Christ's most capable hands.  Who better to trust to save your marriage.

In this, you will find that this is a journey between you and Christ, not you and your spouse.  Your spouse will be used as a tool to mold you.  You will be humbled, but that is where growth comes.  Do a dare a day, no more, no less.  And things may get worse before it gets better, but this serves purpose.

Do not read ahead in the book except the appendix, especially about leading the heart.

Have no expectations from your spouse when doing the dares.  Your efforts will either be ignored or maybe even anger or frustration will be shown.  So, do not react to that.  They may be thinking, now you are doing all these things, why didn't you do this before?

    Post often for accountability.

    Welcome.

  • Welcome and good luck.

  • Welcome!

  • Praise God that He brought you here so you can grow in His love.  We look forward to seeing your progress.  =)

  • Put your marriage in God's hands.  Do the dares, no more than one a day.  Day 1 and Day 2 are the most important.  Learn to reflect Christ in your actions.  Good luck.
