Wow! "If you were asked to name three areas where you and your spouse disagree?" There is only one.. Parenting. Our major battleground is my drill sargent like style, whereas he is more of a consultant parent (let them figure it out and the natural consequence suffice). So for today's dare I vow to allow his will over discipline be the preference of choice for the both of us. I know it is better for the children and for our marriage, and I feel that with GOD's help I can achieve this and let go of the natural urge to enforce a punishment.
Again, I pray that the Lord teach me what real love is and how to be a more loving person. AMEN.
It is these kinds of things that disturb the possible oneness in a marriage. You both need to get on the same page on raising the kids. That means if you need to be the one to adjust then do so, but while you do look at how Christ is humbling you in those changes. Each is a blessing in some way, but you need to seek that out,
