My husband and I were in a bad place in our relationship but thanks to the recommendation of a friend we found the Love Dare. We were able to work out the kinks in our marriage. This book and our ability to give our marriage to the Lord saved us. When we felt ourselves falling back into the same rut we quickly referenced the Love Dare again. We have since purchased the year long devotional to assist us in becoming closer and working toward a better marriage and a better relationship with the Lord. I referenced day 40 because you need to take it one day at a time and be willing to go the distance. However, I do sympathize with those of you who are in a marriage where the other party is unwilling. Do your best and give your marriage to the Lord.
