If two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father.—Matthew 18:19

Ask your spouse if you can begin praying together. Talk about the best time to do this, whether it’s in the morning, your lunch hour, or before bedtime. Use this time to commit your concerns, disagreements, and needs before the Lord. Don’t forget to thank Him for His provision and blessing. Even if your spouse refuses to do this, resolve to spend this daily time in prayer yourself.

--I did not attempt to pray with MB today, continuing to let God work by staying still. So, I pray this prayer:

Dear Father God, I come to you in Jesus’ name.  Thank you for keep me accountable. I come to you with this request because I know that you have made me one flesh with Mary Beth and You have said that no man should come between us.  So I take authority over every outside influence that is polluting our marriage. Every foreign power that is manipulating our marriage is dealt a heavy blow in Jesus’ name.  Father God, reveal their evil agenda. Expose them and bring their plan to the ground.  Father God, I pray that their seed of conflict, hatred, meanness, hurt, and separation that has been sown be uprooted and destroyed, in Jesus’ name I pray.  Amen!

I am thankful to our God for: being able to worship and praise God today; allowing me to get some laundry done; and allowing me to share a testimony in my small group meeting today.

  • That's terrific you shared testimony.

  • No matter what we can't be taken away from God. That is the best news about this. I have been praying the same for almost two years now. God works wonders all around us and He is working on us all too. Praise Him.
