  • Today's dare is one I think will have to be more about my attirude than his. He will not answer the phone or respond to a text. I have done the dares faithfully, as tjis is a way I feel I have something I can do to improve things. I am certain God does not want me to give up.

  • Welcome.  Realize this is a journey between you and Christ, not you and him.  He will be used as a tool to mold you.  Do a dare a day, no more, no less.  Do the dares as intended without manipulating them to make them easier.

Have no expectations of him when doing the dares, such as responding to calls or texts, or his attitude for now.

Do not read ahead in the book other than the appendix, especially about leading the heart.

Try posting next time if you want in the love dare journal section, under the community tab.  Click on your name at the top and then a red tab should appear on the left hand side part way down saying new journal or something like that.  More people will read what you have to say in that section of this site.

You are right, God expects you to stand for the covenant you made not just with your husband, but with God as well.
