Umm honestly not sure where I need to add more space in my life. I do know I need to start exercising again as I have quit. Maybe I just need to prioritize my time better. Im not with my ex everyday but I hope when I am that I know how to manage my time well giving him and our kids time and myself time as well. I feel that I have gotten better at keeping my emotions in check and rather than react I have been  patient and prayed about it. Everything has worked out so much better. I've also learned that what I'm doing now is giving me a better more positive response than reacting and speaking from feelings of fear or disappointment
