I did not see my husband today so I sent him a text message that said, " I want you to know that I desire to include you in my upcoming decisions. I need your perspective and counsel. I have ignored your input in the past and I'm sorry for that. Please forgive me." In the past I believe that I have manipulated some of the dares by either not doing everything that the dare asked, or interpreting it into what I think I should say or do. This time, I just say word for word what the dare tells me to.
