"It means to set your heart and passions on something forbidden." I'd set my heart on worldly things. God and my wife came after. My heart was deceived into saying, "I could be happy if I only had this" and I made a decision to go after it. I'm referring very much to my career and spending a lot of of energy and time there, over God and my wife. I haven't allowed God to fill me. I also looked at other women in lustful ways and that totally took me away from the one I vowed to love.
"Lust is the best this world has to offer, but love offers you the best life in the world."
Whats amazing is all these years we lived with Lust. And with Christ and the Holy Spirit in your heart all those things just seem needless.
